TOKYO WINE SOCIETY TASTING
Champagne and Sparkling

The last tasting of The Tokyo Wine Society was held at the restaurent Bon Chere, Shampia Hotel Akasaka with Champagne and Sparklings. We went for 7 glasses instead ordinary 9. We tasted 4 glasses from A to D first. Then 3 glasses from E to G for the second run. This was to keep bublies to stay cold and sparkle. We had pretty good line up for red wines for dinner, and the list is also attached below. |
