TOKYO WINE SOCIETY TASTING

German Dry White

The last tasting was German White and held at the Restaurant Bon Chere at Shampia Hotel Akasaka. The wine was picked up by Akiko-san, Mark san and Kevin san, and it was intended to cover pretty well of southern part of Germany with variety of grapes. The most preferred wine tonight was from Barden and more than half of attendees were ranked this wine as first or second.
By the way, the picture, right is showing we had the dessert and champagne was poured over. Cherry and coconut has fragrant up beautifully.
