We tasted five selected Champagne and one sparkling wine. We reduced the number of wines to six from regular nine so that we were able to look for higher quality this time as you can see in the list below.

* “R.D.” means recently disgorged – meaning that the wine has spent more time with, or on the sediment from the second fermentation.
* Wine “A” was the number one choice in the blind tasting done by Brutus magazine with Japanese sommeliers – but I did not know you read Brutus...
