Comments;
The big surprise was the Canadian Pinot, which came to the top. The color is relatively dark and murky. The taste is elegant, and has silky tannin. Calera turned out to be a disappointment, but the wine in one bottle was probably damaged. It was not oxidized, but somehow it was a wine different from what we normally associate with Calera. The other bottle was OK, but still no one ranked Calera high (no firsts and no seconds).
