TOKYO WINE SOCIETY TASTING

GeoBordeaux Reds – New and Old

April 13, 2012

The place held:

Brasserie Paul Bocuse la Cave
5-1-27 Minami-Azabu, Minato-ku, Tokyo
Tel. 03-3448-0049

We tasted Bordeaux Reds this time. In spite of its geographic location in the "Old World", Bordeaux is said constantly on the cutting edge in matters of winemaking technology. These techniques are subsequently exported arround the world to make "New World" wines. We will taste these Modern-day Bordeaux wines against good old "Traditional" ones.
