Loire White

June 17, 2016

Along with River Loire, wineries are so widely spread with variations of climate, soil, tradition, and four or five different kinds of important grapes, but wines produced do have a likeness. Loire Valley is divided roughly into four regions between the west toward the Atlantic (Muscadet) and the east toward the center of France (Sancerre and Pouilly Fume). Loire wines, being fresh and acidic, might be perfect to drink for the present weather conditions in Tokyo.
We also have a good lineup of red dinner wine.
