Joint Tasting Event between the HKWS and TWS

Red Wines produced by the Japanese

September 21, 2019

Terroir is about how a particular region's climate, soil and terrain affect the taste of wine produced, and does not count ultimate beneficiaries of ownership of wineries. Or, is it?
We will explore Bordeaux type red wines from wineries have special connections to Japanese folks and companies. This is the very first joint tasting event between the Hong Kong Wine Society and the Tokyo Wine Society. We had 15 special guests from Hong Kong.
