Boutique
wineries in California - white wine
October 11, 2013
We
focused on California's "boutique" wineries this time.
Small wineries have spread throughout
California, and some of them have established excellent reputation
for quality. They are classified as "boutique," "artisan,"
or "mom-pop" wineries. Unlike the old style of removing bad
grapes, these wineries are selecting good grapes and create special
bottles.
