<Cellar master's Special> Celebrate Autumn with Rose Champagne showcasing the seasonal autumnal aromas of red fruits, raspberry, blackberry and roasted nuts. Rose Champagnes can be produced by maceration of the skins to extract pigments just as red wine itself is produced, though for a shorter amount of time, but most are produced by adding a little red wine to Brut Champagne made with Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay. Rose Champagnes can be light or dark in colour and rich or delicate in flavour. We tasted a Rose Sparkling wine made in the same Traditional method along with several fine Rose Champagnes, including a rare Vintage Rose Champagne to compare. Time : 19:00 - 22:00
